Internal rules

Check-in. Detailed arrival procedures are provided the day before, or at the latest one hour before the guest's stated arrival time. Guests cannot demand occupancy before 3:00 PM.

Confidentiality. Access information must remain strictly confidential and limited to the booking party. It cannot be retained after the departure date, nor used after checkout time.

Check-out. Rental ends at 12:00 PM regardless of arrival time. Baggage storage available until 11:59 PM at the company's discretion, no charge. Early check-in / late checkout subject to operational availability, no extra fee.

Physical keys are provided. Guests cannot entrust them to third parties except authorized representatives or adult dependents. Keys must be returned on departure per the procedure provided.

Penalties: lost or damaged keys — €150 retained from the security deposit. Locksmith emergency callout — amount retained from the deposit (cumulative with key fee). Any remaining costs are billed to the guest.

Guests cannot rent a property for more people than provided, nor introduce unknown third parties without written authorization.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside properties and in shared spaces (landings, lifts, chutes). Violation triggers partial or full deposit retention for deodorization.

Dangerous materials and unauthorized utility connections are prohibited.

Animals are not permitted in any of our properties.

• Neighbours: respect the neighbourhood, including by minimising children's noise and avoiding loud speech in resonant courtyards.
• Quiet hours: tranquillity especially between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, events or large gatherings.
• Heating: all heating equipment must be turned off on departure day.
• Dishwashing: wash and put away the dishes on departure day (€20 penalty otherwise).
• Doors & windows: lock the entrance door when leaving; close windows when away and on departure.
• Waste: no rubbish in common areas or courtyards. Hygiene items and food go in the designated bins.
• Internet: respect French Hadopi law.
• Emergencies: notify us immediately at +33 6 77 01 35 72 in case of fire, leak or accident.

Children are under the full responsibility of the booking client and cannot be left unsupervised. The company provides security measures (outlet covers, smoke detectors) but cannot be held liable for injuries. Parents assume full responsibility for mezzanine bed usage.

Deposit: €200 (pre-authorization, no immediate charge; subject to per-property variation). Released within 7 days of departure unless violations apply.

Possible deductions: undone dishes (€20), lost/damaged keys (€150), damages such as degradation, theft, vandalism — cost of replacement or contractor intervention (linens, equipment, dishware, locksmith, plumbing, pest control, deodorization).

Any remaining balance is billed to the guest with receipts on request.

These rules apply to all bookings and properties. Booking constitutes acceptance. Non-compliance triggers immediate contract termination and the company may require the guest to depart without compensation.
