We are the direct owners of the flats you find on this website, which we have refurbished and furnished ourselves. No middleman, no mass processing... We refuse to see a guest as just a number. Having a direct contact matters to us — to get to know one another and build a relationship of trust. We remain your direct point of contact, before, during and after your stay.
The criteria that guide our investment choices are the ones we apply when we travel ourselves:
- the best possible location, close to everything — whether monuments, leisure spots or good times (bars and restaurants!);
- a smart layout designed for practicality and space-saving;
- quality, durable equipment;
- a warm welcome, the kind we would like to receive ourselves when arriving in a large, unfamiliar city;
- attentive to your needs and feedback, so we can improve our service for the next guests.
Adeline
Originally from northern France, she came down to Paris in 2012 for her studies and (almost) never left.
She works in corporate finance and private equity. After a first flat (Le Petit Toit Madeleine, in the 8th arrondissement) acquired in 2020, she moved to Brussels and invested in a small pied-à-terre for her frequent trips back to Paris (Chess Flat). Back in Paris in 2023, the urge to invest in the city again led to the acquisition of the Duc de Choiseul flat, in 2024.
Her hobbies: A fan of high-intensity indoor sports, she'll be happy to recommend where to train near the flat you're staying in. She loves getting around Paris by bike and taking long, refreshing walks in the state forests near Paris.
Her favourite neighbourhoods: the Grands Boulevards, of course! Especially Faubourg Montmartre, Faubourg Saint-Denis and the Montagne Bonne Nouvelle / Faubourg Poissonnière.
Olivier
Born in Île-de-France, in Essonne, a Parisian for a few years now.
An engineer by training, he has been a pilot at Air France since 2022, after spells in Toulouse and then Paray-le-Monial, near Beaune.
His hobbies: Passionate about aviation like many people in his profession, he builds model airports — a hobby that led him to create the website Airplane Diorama. A regular at the gym, he is also interested in nutrition. When it comes to personal finance, he has trained himself in real-estate investing, stock-market investing and cryptocurrencies.
His favourite neighbourhoods: After living for a while near the Jardin du Luxembourg in the 6th, which he cherishes for its elegance, the Right Bank eventually caught up with him! There he especially loves the Sentier Montorgueil and Arts et Métiers areas, and happily strolls along the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin.
