A simple idea, run by two people.

Owners of three Parisian flats — and your hosts when you stay in them.

We own, refurbish and operate the flats you find on this website ourselves. There is no agency in between, no franchise, no anonymous reception desk. When you book, you book with us; when you arrive, one of us hands you the keys.

Our motto is the one we apply when we travel ourselves: offer the best locations we can find, and welcome guests the way we'd like to be welcomed — direct, generous, prepared.

Adeline

Owner & Chairwoman

Native of northern France, in Paris since 2012 for her studies and her career in finance and investment. She bought the first flat — at Madeleine, in the 8th arrondissement — in 2020. Off-hours: cycling Paris, Montorgueil street, wine bars, Montmartre, theatre history.

Olivier

Co-owner

Born in Île-de-France, Parisian since adolescence. Former engineer who joined Air France in 2022 to train as a pilot. Has lived in Toulouse and Beaune. Off-hours: photography, rooftops, composition.

How we work

A few things we believe in.

We own what we rent.

We are not an intermediary. The flats are ours, the cleaning team is ours, the welcome is ours. If something is wrong, it's on us to fix.

Direct booking saves you money.

Booking with us is 15–20% cheaper than the platforms. We keep prices honest and we don't move them up just because demand spikes.

We answer the phone.

Booking, check-in, recommendations, problems — there is always a real person on the other end. Usually one of us.
