The flat is close to Opéra and Galeries Lafayette, and allows to reach Louvre museum by foot and Tuileries garden as well. The flat is not big and opens on the courtyard, which allows to have almost no noise from the street and have a warm, cosy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the ease to contact the host in case of any problem.

Adeline's comfortable flat is what you need to spend a few days in Paris. Excellent cost / benefit and location. You can reach many places in the city by walking, taking the metro. The flat is like advertised, ideal to rest after a day of walking, very clean, hot shower, very well heated.

We had a great stay in Adeline's and Olivier's appartment, they are very friendly hosts and always available. Practical and clean, proximity to Grands Boulevards, subway, restaurants on a quiet street.

Perfect stay in this accommodation! Everything was as described, the fact that there is no elevator was not a problem for us. The location allowed us to get around on foot very easily, and the neighborhood was pleasant and lively throughout the day! I highly recommend.
